The Northern California Band and Choir Director's Association is made up of band and choir directors who work to promote choral and instrumental music at all grade levels through a yearly honor band, honor choir, and director clinics and activities. The organization also endeavors to communicate the accomplishment of this objective to the music profession and the public.
